We are a specialty shop focused on offering factory sealed sports card boxes and new, modern or vintage collectibles.  All the items we offer on this site are new from authorized brand name distributors. We specialize in sports cards, newly released Funko Pops!, popular toys brands , and sports memorabilia.  We pride ourselves in providing products in excellent condition while providing top quality customer service. We update our product inventory frequently with items available to preorder as well as in stock items.

Shipping, Return, Refund Policy

As a standard, all of our in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. With the exception of most new release items where shipping will be dependent on when we receive the items in our warehouse. It is important to note (especially for sports card boxes) that since we do not get them direct from the manufacturer there will be a delay from the items release date to when we physically receive the item. We will communicate any updates we receive. We offer full refunds for returns on all purchases for up to 7 days under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unopened and in its original packing.
  • Any factory seals must still be in tact.
  • No damage to any of the product packaging
  • Items must be returned to us for your refund to be processed. We will provide a return label if item was received damaged or an error was made in the shipment process.

If your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a damage claim. Please email sales@tayloredsignature.com with photographs of the package and damaged contents within 5 days of receipt of your products.  Minor packaging flaw that doesn’t affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims. A small bend, scuff or indentation on exterior packaging can occur at any point in the manufacturing, supply, or shipping processes.  We do NOT guarantee against shipping damage of the larger size Pop’s that come from Funko in a box where any dimension is longer than 7 inches. 

Pre-Order Policy

Items for pre-order will be labeled to indicate when we expect them to ship. Estimated ship dates are provided to us by the manufacturer. These dates are subject to change at their discretion due to various circumstances. Please keep in mind that these estimates are never guaranteed and some times these dates will change. We will include all preorder updates in our newsletter.

Preorder items can be cancelled and refunded for up to 36 hours after purchase. After this time period we charge a 25% cancellation fee. Another option should you need to cancel your order would be to receive your full payment back in the form “store credit” gift card that will not expire and can be used on any item in our store. Any item that has been discontinued or delayed longer than 3 months will be eligible for a full refund. Please keep this policy in mind before making your purchase.

Preordered items are charged at the time of purchase.
