As a standard, all of our in stock items will ship within 1-2 business days. With the exception of most new release items where shipping will be dependent on when we receive the items in our warehouse. It is important to note (especially for sports card boxes) that since we do not get them direct from the manufacturer there will be a delay from the items release date to when we physically receive the item. It is fully expected that you will see the items we are selling as preorders available at other retail locations before we have them in stock. We will communicate any updates we receive from the manufactures on our news and update page. We offer full refunds for returns on all purchases for up to 7 days under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unopened and in its original packing.
  • Any factory seals must still be in tact.
  • No damage to any of the product packaging
  • Items must be returned to us for your refund to be processed. We will provide a return label if item was received damaged or an error was made in the shipment process.

Pre-Order Policy

Items for pre-order will be labeled to indicate when we expect them to ship. Estimated ship dates are provided to us by the manufacturer. These dates are subject to change at their discretion due to various circumstances. Please keep in mind that these estimates are never guaranteed and sometimes these dates will change. These estimates change frequently and we have no control over when they are shipped to us. The estimated ship date is set to the end of the month provided by the manufacturer on all preorders, this date does not serve as the actual ship date. We will provide the most up to date information on our news and update page.

Preorder items can be cancelled and refunded for up to 36 hours after purchase. After this time period we charge a 25% cancellation fee. Another option should you need to cancel your order would be to receive your full payment back in the form “store credit” that will not expire and can be used on any item in our store. Any item that has been discontinued or delayed longer than 3 months will be eligible for a full refund. Please keep this policy in mind before making your purchase.
